Based on our discovery meeting, we review what services would work best to help fix your business's pain points.
We build a few service package quotes for you to review and decide over the next few days.

Acceptance of Engagement
Once you have accepted the engagement, we move on to the client onboarding phase.

Client Onboarding
We take a deep dive into the financial structure of your business and break down the pieces to see what is working and what is not.
We build a customized management accounting plan.
We develop budgets, forecasts, profit analysis, and cash flow models.

Continuous Engagement
We meet at least monthly to review financial performance, track KPIs, and discuss trends.
